    Hi Nicole,
I’m trying to learn the Fertility Awareness Method. I’ve read “Taking Charge of Your Fertility” and have been tracking my cycles for 2 plus months now. I have some questions that I need help with. Do you know of any FAM classes or contacts for personal consultations?
    Thanks!
    Mia

Hello, I am very interested in becoming a professional doula. I have already coached some people through labor and birth and I have decided that it is a passion. I have a two year old and so I have also gone through the experience so I feel like I have a lot to offer. I was wondering If you could give me some information on where I should go. I live in Mcminnville and right now I am attending chemeketa just taking what interests me so I am ready to start on a path asap. please email me or give me a call that would be so awesome! Thank you

    Hi Nicole,

I was one of the midwives at Rachel Radtke’s birth and I am starting a new practice. I would love to send you some business cards and get some from you! Let me know your address so I can mail you some. Thanks and blessings, Heather Hack-Sullivan

Hi Nicole, I was recently hired as a doula by a woman you referred to me, and I wanted to drop you a line to say “thanks!” Love your blog, keep it up! Will I see you at BSN?

No problem :) Glad to hear that she found a doula.

You know what’s funny? I searched your email in my gmail, because I was trying to recall who I referred to you, and your name came up in an old email – the art giveaway from a couple of years ago. You and I both put our names in for the same piece of art. Thought that was kinda neat.

I won’t be at BSN. It always seems to conflict with my family’s schedule.

      Nicole

Hi! I stumbled on your website and, like Mia, am beginning to chart my fertility and would love to have someone in Portland to talk to about this, and in general just learn more. I’d appreciate any links or other information you might be able to pass along.

    Thanks!

      Hi Ellen,

If you haven’t read it yet, “Taking Charge of Your Fertility” is a great resource. I looked and found this practice in Portland that holds classes: http://www.achilleafertilityawareness.com/

I haven’t heard anything about them, but it sounds like a great class :)

Let me know if you need anything else!

Ah! Just read the rest of the posts. I will check out achilleafertility but other options are welcome. :)

Whitney, I think that if you contact Achillea, they will know of all the resources available in town. So far as I’ve seen Google only brings them up. I bet there are other practitioners who are available to teach one-on-one, but who do not have a website or online presence.

If you find a great resource, I would love to hear about it.
