Breastmilk Soap
Having soap made from your breastmilk is a wonderful keepsake that you can hang onto for years and years. Your breastfeeding relationship only lasts for a small time in your life, and having something tangible to remind you of your sweet time together with your baby is truly special. It also makes for wonderful, sudsy, gentle soap!
This soap only gets better with time, so you can hang onto a few bars for as long as you wish.
All I need to make roughly 25 bars of soap is 50 ounces of your breastmilk. Saponification takes a day or so, and within a week, you will have lovely “Mothering Soap” to use.
Fee: $50

does your soap-making process use lye? i’m having a hard time finding a suitable milk-soap recipe that doesn’t use it. any advice would be appreciated… thanks!
Yes, it does use lye. I have only ever made soap with lye, so not sure how you could make it without.

Ira, I’m sure you need lye to make any kind of soap.
Nicole
Does that fee include shipping?
No, shipping would be extra.
Thanks!
This is so cool! I am breastfeeding mother, and I am interested in this soap. Are the other ingredient natural too? How the ordering works?
I use a mixture of oils, honey, some borax and then lye. It’s a really gentle soap
If you’d like to order some, just send me an email and we can work out the details: nicole.m.murray@gmail.com
